What is Somatic Psychotherapy?

Somatic psychotherapy is talk-therapy rooted in the body where trauma, stress, and memory are housed. Somatic psychotherapy involves breath work, mindfulness, sensory awareness, gesture, posture, guided imagery, and movement.

Arianne naturally activates the body in the here and now as a way to understand internal challenges and get closer to authentic self. This practice is guided by the connection between mind, body, and spirit leading to authentic living.
